      Stressful corporate culture----always think you're going to be fired, it is frowned upon if you take sick time or vacation time, there are no clear processes or procedures about how to do things so you are constantly getting in trouble

      Most non-management colleagues are helpful and kind.

      Senior Administration are rude, play favorites even if staff are not skilled, teeter and blur the ethical, legal and moral line of business often.
