Management are all rather narcissistic,they will shame you in front of your colleagues to make them feel more powerful,overload you with work and then threaten to get rid of you when you cannot complete everything. Staff turnover is extremely high,very often staff are forced to leave without a new position or walk out on their own due to the toxic environment.
