Avantages
Was a good place to work and had some sort of vision for a brief less-than-a-year period in 2018. Spent lots of money on everything.. this includes purchasing of good snacks for the office and also buying other companies, like a whole crypto exchange.
Inconvénients
Spent money too fast. Bonuses and 401k match = gone. And so were many other great people in the company, some by choice and others not so much. Management is confused with vision. Decisions were often made too slow and the company pivoted ways too many times. The leaders were ambitious on every aspect of the industry, and couldn't decide on a few to focus on. Most importantly, very toxic culture. They focus on transparency, but it was never actually transparent. The "OG's" enjoyed playing politics and got the vertical movement for the years spent there, not to mention the abundance of office romance that trumps over logical decision making.
