      Tampa is a nice city

      Inconvénients

      Junior level environment being fostered, business brings in next to no money, questionable leadership decisions, the classic talk without backing it up. Toxic environment with micro management and negative comments, peer pressure to be a heavy drinker, looked down on for not spending time with colleagues outside of work.

      Avantages

      Great place to work especially if you are looking for a sales career! Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office. Collaborative work space and very close team Managers and leadership team is well versed in sales and give great support

      Inconvénients

      Start up environment but not necessary a bad thing. A lot of support from the UK team that is been established for over 10 years

      Micro Management, little to no guidance from 'leadership', people in 'leadership' positions do not show the capacity to hold such roles, very patch-like atmosphere, peer pressure to attend bars, poor culture, to my knowledge Oliver Davies is still employed there...so..not great
