      Avantages

      Definitely a company I hated to leave. The pay and benefits are generous, and the workplace community is friendly and laid back.

      Inconvénients

      Work starts at 6:00 am and can go till 6:00 for the construction crews. Had to leave because I needed more of my mornings back for my family. Management was more than patient and understanding as we worked through the options together.

      - free snacks - free water bottles

      Inconvénients

      - insane working hours (5:45am-5pm or later) - rude and disrespectful management - poor pay - no 401k match for a huge company - recently acquired by a private equity firm with no benefits increase to staff - poor work quality for what claims to be a premier landscaping company
