Avantages
Very little oversight can be viewed as a pro? If you like driving you'll like this?
Inconvénients
Turn over for frontline staff and all levels of management is incredibly high. All levels of management staff frequently are expected to cover down on vacancies and call offs. This includes weekends and late nights. Upper management is completely disconnected from branch level issues. It often felt like your concerns were completely ignored. Vehicle allowance and gas compensation were cut basically to nothing. When you are travelling hundreds of miles each week this is unacceptable. The general mood of people working in the company is very poor. In the beginning it did not feel this way. Several regime changes and the policy changes that came with it fractured branches morale. The company's insistence on sales above all else, no matter how understaffed you were, was horribly disheartening. It might not have been all bad but the sheer amount of bad vastly overshadowed what shreds of good were left in the company. Management became dishonest with staff and frontline managers, pay was cut, lies told, policy made then ignored, and on and on. Typical days consisted of the daily management meeting to address concerns and review coverage. The remainder of the day was spent covering vacancies and call offs. I do not recommend working for this company.
