      Avantages

      There are new opportunities which come up often b/c of the growth. If you are willing to put in the effort you can advanced quickly. Management takes an interest in what employees think and make an effort to communicate often. Free food and drinks along with ping-pong make the work environment enjoyable. Benefits (medical and dental) are excellent - company pays for all of it.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be high at times due to the new deals and clients

      Avantages

      * You will learn a lot if you have the inclination to do so. * Management is very open and encourages people to take initiative. * No politics and nonsense of such type. Everyone is very friendly and open. * Even tough the company is in business for over 20 years it still has a startup culture. * Very rarely you find a firm where the CEO will sit at you desk and try to solve a problem with you or even admirable humble enough to walk to a developers desk or an analysts to ask for help with something he is working on. * Hard work gets recognized and rewarded promptly through the micro bonus program.

      Inconvénients

      * One of the pros is its cons as well. Even though the company is more than 20 years old with one of the best software platforms for portfolio management, it still doesn't have the critical mass. * Not many company sponsored outings. They have all the intentions but no one to implement.
