Avantages

Communication is constant via emails and texts. . seriously constant.

Inconvénients

We don't care about your "pickles". . or the constant disruptive emails and texts - the method is almost immature and college like. We are supposed to be professional grownups. Please treat your sales reps like that. Give veteran reps the respect they deserve. Younger ones with not nearly the experience have a lot to learn. No benefits at all for reps - they are the money makers for the company and deserve more - like a W-2.. . .

Avantages

Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

Inconvénients

After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

Avantages

Great company values, friendly people, and solid benefits all make it a company worth working for.

Inconvénients

The you will not get replaced by AI if you learn to make AI work for you mantra isn’t necessarily true. A bit unorganized at times, but with very-hands on management, in ways that can lead to wasted work.
