      Avantages

      The Clearshark leadership sincerely cares for their people and it shows through the personal attention, social events and benefit package. Clearshark has a great reputation for providing excellent support to the customers mission. That reputation was built by the great folks that work there. It feels more like a family on an adventure, than a corporate job.

      Avantages

      The company is more a family than a company. The leadership is more concerned with taking care of their employees than watching profit margins grow and actively involved in helping employees grow their careers. - great benefits - include all the typical medical coverage at very competitive cost to the employee - training budget for each employee to pursue further career advancement - salary, above industry average salary, generous 401K matching - social events - multiple events throughout the year for employees to get together and hang out

      Inconvénients

      You get spoiled working here, it is very difficult to leave.
