Avantages
Probably the only pro is that you meet some pretty cool people. I have made friends that I will have for the rest of my life. Also, gratuity is included in the bills.
Inconvénients
I doubt there is enough room for me to say. To start off the hours are long for absolutely no reason. They don't believe in cutting there staff when it's so slow so there is a lot of standing around, nor do they allow breaks. You don't get paid hourly, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. You tip out almost 50% of your gratuity. The management is horrible. I've had managers sexually harass me and managers that are just completely out of line with their staff. They preach "exceptional service" and "culture" but it is a very miserable place because they do not care about their staff. Their turn over rate is extremely high and it is because nobody wants to stay. And then to put the icing on the cake, they steal from you. Almost everyone has had an issue with their check being significantly short and trust me they do not want to pay you what you are rightfully owed. It's a terrible job and business has become so slow over the pass year that the money is no longer there.
