      Avantages

      - Supportive mentors - Multiple opportunities to engage and deliver to overseas client and build individual and team expertise - Matrix structure - no hierarchical pyramid - a very open and conducive environment to distribute and respond to feedbacks

      Inconvénients

      - Learning period for induction is narrow - so not asking the right questions at an early stage could backfire - High expectations at delivery end - one is expected to be proactive, open, committed and there is a zero-tolerance policy for misbehaviour - dismissals are quick on the basis of ethical misconduct

      Avantages

      Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
