Avantages
The company’s really ambitious and moves quickly. We're not afraid to try new things and because the problems evolve as we grow, it’s genuinely exciting work. The people who I work with are hardworking and great to collaborate with, many of whom I'd now call friends. The company are accommodating to those with young children, health benefits are great, and we travel to fantastic locations for our offsites.
Inconvénients
That ambition means that there's lots of work to do, which some people might find intimidating. Due to the international makeup of the company, questions can come in at any hour so you need to remember to put slack on do not disturb. If you like working hard and growing fast, it’s a rewarding place to work.
