      Avantages

      Consistently using newer technologies Team always willing to recognize mistakes to grow and adapt from them Strong team collaboration Management is very flexible with working from home when needed. A lot of the team is remote anyway, but for local employees its nice to be able to work from home for various reasons (medical/dental appointments, deliveries, a publish the night before) Very competitive pay scale

      Inconvénients

      Resources (people) are consistently the bottleneck, but not in an 'overworked' type of way, more in a 'cant get things done' kind of way.

      Avantages

      - Positive and engaged leaders - Friendly and collaborative coworkers (No politics or drama) - Fair compensation - Good benefits - Focus on work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Normal growing pains for a small company means varied and shifting responsibilities (Example: Tier 1 support one minute and PM work the next minute). This may not be an issue for some, but it can be challenging.

      Avantages

      I got to deal with a vast array of technology which always made work interesting. Gabe was always very positive and a big source of energy. The pay was great and the benefits were good. The remote culture was pretty good. I always always felt like Gabe/Henry cared about me both personally and professionally. I look back fondly on my time there.

      Inconvénients

      It was a small company and had some of the disadvantages. I did feel support from management but sometimes it was just limited as to what could be done.
