      Avantages

      Fast pace environment with new business problems to solve on a daily basis. There is always new technology to learn that keeps you engaged. Team here consistently jumps in to help each other out. If there is an issue, teammates are quick to jump in and help figure it out.

      Inconvénients

      I wouldn't say it is a downside but be prepared to wear some hats. If you are used to being handheld on what your job responsibilities are, you probably won't do well here.

      Avantages

      - Positive and engaged leaders - Friendly and collaborative coworkers (No politics or drama) - Fair compensation - Good benefits - Focus on work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Normal growing pains for a small company means varied and shifting responsibilities (Example: Tier 1 support one minute and PM work the next minute). This may not be an issue for some, but it can be challenging.

      Avantages

      I got to deal with a vast array of technology which always made work interesting. Gabe was always very positive and a big source of energy. The pay was great and the benefits were good. The remote culture was pretty good. I always always felt like Gabe/Henry cared about me both personally and professionally. I look back fondly on my time there.

      Inconvénients

      It was a small company and had some of the disadvantages. I did feel support from management but sometimes it was just limited as to what could be done.
