Avantages
-Benefits & perks are great! Truly the best I've ever had -RAK - One of the core values is Random Acts of Kindness. They give back a great deal to the community & employees in need which is cool to see being done with this kind of platform. -Remote flexibility (unless you're in SD then you're expected to go to office a couple days a week) -Love the actual product. It's easy to sell.
Inconvénients
Oh boy, where to start.. First off, if you read the other reviews that highlight concerns I can tell you they are spot on. A MAJOR issue & pain point (the glitch) at the company is the CBO - he is inexperienced and has a massive ego and makes authoritative decisions that make little to zero sense but thinks he is an expert. He is completely unqualified for the role but remains buddies with the CEO so he hasn't been removed- I can tell you first hand that it is one of thee most talked about side conversations and pain points candidly discussed between managers but yet nobody dares to highlight it directly to the CEO b/c everyone knows that the CBO will fire people that challenge him or disagree. In fact this is a pain point that has been highlighted in employee surveys & other reviews that went out but instead of addressing it, they PROMOTED HIM into a different role which was ridiculous and made the CEO lose a lot of credibility and trust. -There are actually a couple folks still at the top with limited experience running things in circles that are nice people but lack the strategic business sense and experience so they waste a lot of time and resources trying to constantly re-invent the wheel- they are task minded - not business savvy so put these folks in execution roles. A lot of turnover lately - loosing a lot of really good people & management mostly to burnout & poor executive leadership. Micro-management in many roles
