      Avantages

      Very nice people to work with both in South Africa and the US Office. Telecommuting option available. Kitchen well stocked with various snacks. Good place for recent college grads to gain work experience.

      Inconvénients

      Ambiguity as to where the company is going. Benefits are so-so. 24/7 work because of dual time zones.

      Unless the CEO/Owner steps down - this company isn't going anywhere but to the bottom.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is wholly disconnected from the business and can't be trusted.
