      - A very international and diverse working place - Possibilities to work in interesting projects on building climate strategies in other countries

      - Works are funded by donors on a project basis, difficult to find the time for project and data documentation.

      Avantages

      Loved working here- my boss was great and even though the NYC office was small, I enjoyed my time here.

      Inconvénients

      Only Con would be not speaking more with the team in Germany. NYC seemed a bit silo-ed.

      Little or no mentorship, HR infrastructure is very poor for teams outside of Berlin
