CEO and CTO are both excellent people. Salute to their vision but directors ruined it. You will learn how horrible organization looks like.
Inconvénients
1) this organization is very volatile and based on hire and fire attitude 2) 12 people resigned from EDS in last 1 year, on company level atleast 25. 3) if you are hardworking and plan for this organization, they will abuse you 4) if you are lucky enough you wont get fired in 1 day 5) depending on mood swings of directors siting in delhi, your payment will be cut or not even paid 6) you will deployed to client and delivery will be tonight or even in that moment itself 7) and you wont get salary for that month because you did not give delivery on that day or you never performed 8) no wonder HR will ask you to put review on glassdoor sometimes may force so these positive reviews are of either interns or HR 9) more over if you resign and ask for experience letter, you wont get it within first 3 months 10) Headquarter is not in Chandigarh. Offices are in Delhi and Pune
