Avantages
I wanted to share some of the highlights of working at Clothier Design Source, since it seems like the only time people leave reviews is when there is something that upsets them.
For me there are a lot of pros, but like any company it has it's ups and downs, but overall is a great place to work. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and passionate about what they do. A philosophy the owner lives by is work/life balance. Everyone is paid hourly, so if you spend more than 40 hours working, you are compensated for it. One thing that is fairly new to most people is that management actually cares about your concerns. We have monthly meetings in which you get to spend 1 hour with your manager bringing up any issues. Managers aren't mind readers so if you want something solved you need to speak up.
Inconvénients
Vacation time is something that is not currently offered but it is something they are working on. The company is fast paced, as is the industry, and for some employees comes as a shock. Be prepared to work hard. Overall, if you need a ton of structure, don't plan on working hard and do not want to move up this is not the place for you.
