I've worked with people in London, I've worked with people in other countries internationally and these colleagues I work with now at Cloud9 Insight just have like a spark for work in that you don't get anywhere else. What I find very important in my career, and my day to day work, is to be able to question processes and challenge the status quo. At Cloud9, we get to do this, and we get to implement my own ideas. We are encouraged to be free thinkers. So I really enjoy working here for that reason. I see people join the company and learn new things. I see individuals grow from people who may be new to the IT industry or business management consultancy, and they learn new skills consistently for their time at the company. It's not a huge company so everyone feels super connected and you can speak with and contact people at all levels at any time. We spend a lot of time brainstorming ideas and coming up with new approaches. It’s easy to forget how fun it can be to really overcome different types of problems together as a team.
Inconvénients
benefits are important however these are being looked into and the exciting news of trialling the 9 day working week with every other Friday off is a welcomed bonus !
