Highly proffesional and amazing colleagues.

I am sad to share that my experience was a highly unpleasant one. To start with the positive aspects the other individuals from fellow departments are highly proffesional and amazing to work with, however all these aspects pale in comparison to the CEO's behavior towards his employees. During my time at Coconet I was unfairly micromanaged to the point in which my mental health was affected. Even if the scheduled was advertised to be flexible I was scolded for not arriving in office at a certain time without prior discussion over the time I needed to arrive. To sum it up, the CEO is, in my opinion, not fit for a Management position in which he has to work with people as he displays toxic behavior. It is especially unfair to have such a person in charge of a person's career considering the need of individual growth as he has no skills that can be passed on.
