      Avantages

      CTO & Sr. Dev Team étaient merveilleux. La plupart de tous ceux avec qui j'ai travaillé dans le développement étaient formidables personnellement et professionnellement.

      Inconvénients

      Kate est une ancienne vendeuse et ça se voit. Quantité bizarre de sexisme (les hommes peuvent agir d'une certaine manière, les femmes sont réprimandées pour le même comportement). Le bureau YXE n'est pas compatible avec la ND, vous serez pris au dépourvu si vous ne jouez pas le jeu et vous pourrez peut-être figurer dans la "liste de tir de fin de trimestre". La PDG est également membre du conseil d'administration, alors sachez que lorsqu'elle dit qu'elle a à cœur les meilleurs intérêts des employés, elle ment entre les dents.

      Avantages

      - people here are absolute gems <3 - senior leadership is super down to earth and are exceptional people leaders (really care about their teams) - company seems to embody people first mentality - perks/benefits/4 day work week are awesome, they make life easier - the team I work on is supportive, funny, great at what they do, and make work enjoyable - regular 1:1's with my manager to discuss how I'm doing, where I see myself in the company long term - get to work on strategic projects, along with my day to day, so I feel more engaged with work and get to work on what I choose to work on

      Inconvénients

      - remote work is great for saving time on commute and having more flexibility but I definitely miss team interaction (had a team offsite in Aug which was awesome, next one is in Oct - can't wait) - typical growing pains of a start up (need for more documented processes or knowledge base to find things but we're working on it) -
