Management is generally approachable and values instructors who care about students.
Inconvénients
Pay is on the lower side for the technical skills required, and lesson structure can sometimes feel rigid depending on the center. Class pacing varies a lot based on student level, which can be challenging with mixed-ability groups. Limited opportunities for advancement if you’re looking for long-term growth.
