      Avantages

      It’s an weird and fascinating time to be in the industry, but we’re in a good position to adapt to what comes next. Generative AI is already changing how creative work gets done. If that doesn’t interest you, this probably isn’t the right place. We’re developing new tools and changing how we work, to evolve how we build work for clients.

      Inconvénients

      It's always been an entrepreneurial culture and that has intensified. Some people get frustrated by the lack of structure.

      Avantages

      Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
