      Avantages

      Extremely high bar for talent and work ethic amongst the colleagues I worked with. You can learn a lot in a very short time.

      Inconvénients

      Pay department needs an overhaul, they frequently make mistakes for UK employees. They've messed up my tax code causing a severe underpayment for the current tax year. When I was working at C+T they confused my bank details for a colleague's and we were delayed pay due to an admin error that took days to resolve.

      Avantages

      Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
