      Avantages

      1. Half-day Friday (although you will still work over 40hrs+ before Friday) 2. Beautiful office in NYC

      Inconvénients

      Here's a list of why you should not work at C&T: 1. Consistent over resourcing (60hrs+) 2. Lack of care for Employee health (work, life, balance) 3. Extreme gaslighting and fearmongering 4. Lack of growth opportunities 5. Performative DE&I efforts 6. Profits > People/Employees

      Avantages

      Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
