      Avantages

      - Work from home setup. - Salary and HMO is decent. - Multiple training courses that you can take when you're not fully resourced to a project. - Most people are friendly and easy to work with. - Company culture and environment is pleasant enough for me. - Usually provides a week long holiday break at the end of the year.

      Inconvénients

      - Too few Sick Leaves. - Had a massive lay-off a year ago which included a lot of my highly-skilled peers but conveniently acquired new resources from another country in the same time frame.

      Avantages

      Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
