      1. Few are very supportive in terms of Work 2. Warm and friendly

      Inconvénients

      1. Poor management staff 2. No good HR management 3. Bias decisions taken 4. Lot of pressure put on Employees that ultimately employee has to take a harsh decision 5. Unfriendly working hours 6. No good behavior of Higher management with Employees
