      Avantages

      Pay is good, coworkers are great. Work is fulfilling and fun.

      Inconvénients

      occasionally feeling unsupported in being able to run a successful camp. Unpredictable camp sizes, problem resolution with management sometimes feels unproductive and/or emotional.

      We have enough freedom and the tools to think freely and creatively
