Avantages
Remote work, generally good managers, you can learn a lot and stay current in the field
Inconvénients
They evaluate your value to the company using an computer-generated score largely dependent on how many words/articles you write for them. Some editors/supervisors have realized that they can abuse this system by putting themselves as "co-authors" on any article anybody on their team writes, making them appear as "super-contributors" using your work to increase their score and position in the company. They will also throw you under the bus without a moment's hesitation. I had half a dozen supervisors sing praises to my work, and just one supervisor who didn't like me and boom gone without even a two-week's notice
