      Avantages

      - Some projects were interesting - Health Insurance ( individual one with 2-3 Lakh cover, it is of no use in expensive city like Bangalore )

      Inconvénients

      - No work-life balance ( overworking is the norm and expectation ) - 5 days WFO - too much expectation for the pay they offer - Disorganized management ( the burden of poor planning from management falls on SDEs to overwork )
