Inconvénients
I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process. After multiple discussions, I was verbally confirmed as selected and was asked to submit personal documents for background verification, discuss notice period flexibility, and provide references. Based on this confirmation, I initiated transition discussions at my current organization. However, after repeated delays in sharing the offer letter (with timelines constantly being pushed), I was suddenly informed that they were moving forward with another candidate. Most communication was handled over WhatsApp, with no formal updates or accountability. This lack of structure and professionalism at such a critical stage raises serious concerns about their hiring practices.
