Avantages
Management gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. They're laid back, with that being said they expect you to stay on top of your responsibilities without them having to tell you - also without micromanaging. The entire office is really close which makes it easy to go into work. I'm able to stay involved with a project from cradle to grave, being a control freak I really appreciate that. Development is consistently looking to upgrade current produts and steadily steadily staying above the competition. There's a lot of brilliant people working in development and creative. Management is really looking to grow, so if you put in the work you'll certainly grow with the company.
Inconvénients
Traveling can take it's toll on anyone but that's part of the job if you work in sales
