Avantages
I've had great time working with them initially. The leadership team is fab. They respected work-life balance. Good quality work. Lots of learning.
Inconvénients
However, over time, there was lot of inside politics, favouritism by managers. And their so- called people culture motto seemed like just a fake speech. Suddenly, there was no work from home option given & was made to stay 8 hrs in office, even if you are on bench or don't have any work. They will play favouritism card, in selecting who gets projects. Not much benefits in terms of transportation, health insurance etc. Less to zero chances of increment or hikes.
