Avantages
I am working with this company from last 5 years. I haven't seen any pros yet, just hoping every year that it could be better. But nothing happens great. The only achievement coforge is doing as, not giving the variable pay to employees and a good hikes but acquire a new companies.
Inconvénients
The ACE process is just for showcase, don't know how the appraiser and reviewers are assigned. From my joining not a single year the appraiser is my manager. Every time it is the other person whom I don't know at all, and he also don't know what I have done so far. Whatever management have decided to give the grades they only blindly give those grade, regardless of your efforts and client feedbacks. Suggestion to the coforge management - if you don't want to give hike then please don't ask to fill the ace forms. But don't show that you have followed the process and employee is lacking something to get a good hike.
