Avantages
Even lot of people says that Greater Noida office infrastructure is good, lot of facilities blah blah.....but we employees should think before joining it that we are not going to consider a 5 star hotel to sustain our life or doing our IT job.We should consider Job Security and employee friendly part first which NIIT never can give you.So I think no Pros here.
Inconvénients
Guys trust me all the good reviews about this on Glassdoor or any other are paid reviews or before 5-6 years reviews, when really NIIT was good. NOW Every time they fire people after that again hire for showing just employment.Actually the old senior managers, program managers etc runs HR department and they just want to fill their pocket without doing any work or thinking about new business.They don't let to settle any new employee, somebody would be lucky if he/she completes here 1 year. In current COVID-19 Corona scenario even they can sustain by planing other alternatives, they have lot of money but again the old senior management guys thinks about their pockets and FIRED 2000-2500 employees in one go.Lot of managers and Team Leads level guys are included in this FIRING.If Somenody not believing in this then i can give you all the proofs.So I m again requesting guys please please don't join NIIT at any cost because mental piece and job security matters, infrastructure does not matters.
