Avantages
The best reason to work at Cognosec London - went with all the staff that were let go, which covered Sales, all the Marketing and Management - i.e.:- MD, Sales Director, 50% of the sales team + others of which some staff had only just started with the company.
Inconvénients
The downsides of working at Cognosec - No structure and strategy to the company now- because of sacking 50% of the sales team and all of the Marketing teams at the drop of a hat and after only three months for no reason. However, the most worrying aspect of the company is the late payment of Salaries and Expenses and payment to suppliers - Due to cash flow problems.
