      Avantages

      Fun environment Great perks Meaningful work.

      Inconvénients

      When the new CEO came in it was clear he had plans to sell the company as there was no communication. Employees who were once their best assets were treated like they didn't matter. Also, this is not the best company for diverse employees. There are few to no diverse management leaders. They give lip service to diversity but their practices disregards the successes of excellent diverse employees.

We are actually working on this right now in developing our new program for supporting our diverse employees at Coinstar, LLC. given our new company status. We are also keeping purposeful action about the use of ensuring a diverse slate when hiring new managers and leaders.       Avantages

      Amazing company culture with lots of flexibility and work-from-home options. Great opportunities for career development. Surrounded by many smart, driven people. Reasonable workload - never felt overwhelmed or had to work too much.

      Inconvénients

      The company has a bit of a legacy feel, so it's not as modern or fast-paced as the big tech companies in Seattle.

      Avantages

      Autonomy and trust were the highlights of my time at Coinstar.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often changed directions and there was a lot of turnover in the department at the time I was at the company. As a fully remote employee, it seemed like the people at headquarters were viewed in a different light and I never really felt "part of the team."
