      Avantages

      My team mates, other than that a bunch of hosh posh. Company let us know Thanksgiving that our department was relocating to Warren PA

      Inconvénients

      Everything they don't like minorities, they don't like gays. Plenty of lawsuits for this matter, and workers left looking for immediate employment. Single moms and parents just left in the cold. With tears in my eyes , it's unbelievable they don't want to provide severance pay by trying to fire people before the deadline to save money.

      Avantages

      Most everyone there is friendly.

      Inconvénients

      If you want to work someplace with completely unrealistic expectations for performance, very little patience, and absolutely no training for your position, this is the place for you. Poor marketing support makes it harder to succeed. Unorganized and disjointed approach to building business and business relationships. If you're new to the industry, your training will consist of being shown something once and then told to call if you have any questions. You will be set up for failure, and they will act surprised when it happens.
