Zero transparency ("managers" and "executives" are tight lipped wrt financial information like revenue, bookings, profit margins, etc.) Even product managers don't get this information, from what I've heard with the PMs I've worked with) 8. Good engineers are either moved to the US from Chennai, or made a manager
