      Avantages

      Great learning experience. Smart, dedicated employees who were willing to share their knowledge. Enjoyed sharing and brain storming ideas. Provided excellent training and hands on experience. Very fast paced work environment. Must be able to learn quickly. Flexible work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of career opportunities. Advancement is limited.
