      Inconvénients

      Horrible leadership. Hr does not stay neutral and supports leadership at all times. This was the worst experience with an Hr department I've ever had. Unprofessionalism and complete chaos. No one knows how to properly run a business.

      Avantages

      The benefits package is exceptional. The medical insurance is reasonable for "singe" status employees. Also, the retirement plan is rich.

      Inconvénients

      This is a private / Non-profit organization, so the pay lower than other organizations.
