      Avantages

      Flexible schedule by working part time, fantastic training for customer service reps. Its also remote which is a plus in my book

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaging over how long you deal with doing tasks. Wages are low as well.

      Working remote is a great option, but sometimes miss the interactions of an office.
