Avantages
You get out what you put into this company! I value this company for it's Christian leadership, honesty, and support in the field. Hard work and respect for upper management will in turn bring respect and honor for family and days when you need to take off. The ONLY company I've worked for that puts an employee's family first (before money and gain). HUGE opportunity for advancement and bonuses. Speaking of weekly, we get paid on a weekly basis!
Inconvénients
HR does not send pay check stubs on a regular basis. I want to know how much I am making so I can budget my self for the next year. I would also like an employee's recognition dinner once a year; with top service technician, Installer, sales, customer service, etc...I think that would give added incentive and building friendships.
