      Excellent grant giving organisation that clearly has a positive impact on grantees Modern, central London office Very hard working teams who genuinely believe in the cause Free fruit

      Inconvénients

      Pay not benchmarked with similar roles in the charity sector Frequent overtime with little TOIL respected by management Frequent restructures Projects organised last minute, with no clear strategy leaving teams unable to get on with their work Management working on low capacity, so unable to provide any structure or support to their reportees Bad work life balance causing a high turnover in staff and muted office culture
