Avantages

1. Food is provided and that too will be deducted from the salary. 2. Only better thing is salary is on given on time Other than these I didn't find any pros

Inconvénients

1. Full of internal politics 2. HR policies change and employees are informed 3. They hire for one job and give another job after hiring 4. How much ever good an employee may perform, unless the employee is not licking the shoes of higher management he won't be promoted or paid higher 5. They will fire u whenever they want, however they want. They don't need any reason to fire. If they target a person to fire, they torture that person and he/she is fired at any cost. 6. If anyone wants to suffer can join this company. 7. If any negative reviews like this comes on this website, The management writes a good review for themselves to increase the ratings. 8. No overtime paid. 9. They say the timings as 9 to 6. But only to some people. Many times they drag the timings till 12 in the midnight and expect to come on time in the morning. 10. Too much of work pressure 11. They don't look after the employees happiness. All they want is their clients to be happy. 12. The key to success in this company is to do "chamchagiri". 13. The company doesn't give a job. They do favor by giving a job and expect the employees to do as the management tell.

Avantages

Supportive and approachable team, positive work culture, and a comfortable environment for learning and growing as a fresher. The guidance during onboarding and training was really helpful.

Inconvénients

No major concerns so far.

Avantages

Good salary, good people hired, freedom until overused, good food, ontime salary, bonuses when possible, birthday specials, work anniversary benefits, occasional celebrations for festivals.

Inconvénients

People are mess...lack of transparency from management, trust issues from managers, not a single manager cares about their team. Over indulgences of managers to get work done.
