Great people but hard to succeed - Avis employé Insurance Advisor Comma Insurance

I could see how much this company cares about its employees from day 1. Not to mention the team has a blast working together every single day while also taking care of business. My regional manager was also AMAZING. She is an advocate for her team and their needs. Having a team lead who you know has your back is huge. The only reason I left was for professional growth. Had I not been approached about the other job I would still be at Comma. After all the horror stories I’ve heard about other local agencies I cannot believe how lucky I am to have been able to spend years growing under this leadership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an account management job or looking for personal lines insurance.

Not much room for advancement within the company. If you are middle age and not open to a younger crowd always making jokes and having fun this would not be the place for you. They are a lively bunch. I don’t think it’s a con, but personality wise I know some people would not fit.

Atmosphere is light and cordial. Everyone is focused on our activities. They focus on your mental and physical well-being and being all you can for this role.

The work load has ebbs and flows. Some weeks your activity are light and you are done early and can help others, though when the load is heavy it’s a lot to juggle. Taking extended time off need planning and working ahead since your activity list is yousto manage, though thankfully you have team mates who can help at times.
