      Get ready to learn all about the exciting and endless concepts of concrete producing software programs. You will be learning this for years to come and still not understand it. If you enjoy not having a clue every time you pickup the phone to speak with a customer, then this place is a great fit or you. Must say, most customers are great people to deal with, very understanding and patient considering software is breaking half the time.

      Inconvénients

      There is always a lack of staff and the few employees they do have on board, get worked to death. No direction, no engagement. If you have the ability to read minds then you'll be just fine in this place.

      The workforce largely is remote and building and maintaining culture is more difficult in that structure but a conscious effort is made at all levels to ensure continuity in values
