Inconvénients
When I started at this company, I was hopeful that I could build a career. I thought I would be getting the training and guidance I needed and could ultimately work my way to the point where I could take care of myself and my family. After my first year, that idea was shredded. Upper management does not care about employees at all, and will let the team leads and direct supervisors get thrown under the bus when everything isn't perfect. Employees are not allowed to express concerns during team meetings, and instead are directed to private meetings where they are lied to or gaslit to believe they are the problem. The training is not standardized, leading many employees to be confused on the proper way to accomplish tasks. Pay is abysmal compared to other agencies, and over the years the bonuses we could have received are now gone, with only a luck based system left to tease employees with the chance of getting an extra $25.00 on their paycheck. I have worked for some rough companies before, but Command Investigations has devolved to one of the worst dead-end jobs I have had. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to work.
