work is definitely much heavier right before elections so it can feel overwhelming at times to complete all tasks by hard deadlines

Avantages
A very impactful organisation that is doing a lot of great things and have influence in a lot of channels and avenues.
Inconvénients
Disorganised and pivots a lot. A lot of the programmes and ideas change as the founder and executive team decide. It's quick to move which is good, but seems very unfocused
